I no longer see Intel High Definition DSP, instead I have RealTek High Definition Audio (SST). That folder will be located in C:\SWSetups\sp96442. Select the Browse my computer for drivers option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file. After updating I tested the camera, all keyboard keys, and the fn keys. Click on the problem Intel High Definition DSP device listed there.
